Community Manager wanted!
Communication Package is looking for a qualified Community Manager to drive digital communication campaigns. If you are a content creator and graphic professional, experienced in social media, we would like to meet you!
Tasks
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Create original and engaging content such as blog posts, videos, infographics, etc. that are relevant to target audiences and can be easily shared across social media platforms.
- Develop strategies to acquire new followers/customers through existing channels such as search engine optimization (SEO).
- Use data analysis tools to track performance, identify opportunities for improvement and determine growth strategies.
- Respond to comments and follower/customer queries in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital and design trends and social media platform features.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a community manager and digital content creator.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
- Experience with social media and relevant platforms, as well as content creation and management tools, such as Adobe, Canva, Buffer or Hootsuite, etc.
- Experience launching community initiatives.
- Ability to identify, track and analyse relevant community metrics and adapt strategy and content accordingly.
- Fluent in English, basic knowledge of additional languages (French, German, and/or Spanish would be a plus).
